Also I think some of the dub changes actually do work-Īs for why this dub failed, I firmly blame Cartoon Network and their abysmal treatment of it, first attaching it to their quickly SVES saturday-morning block and then abruptly moving the show 12:30 at night with no indication or advertising to let people know.
I don't think this is a terrible dub at all personally, people like to make fun of the silly lines in the first few episodes, but as a whole the dub is actually a lot less jokey then it's made out to be, and honestly I preferred the voice-acting here over the uncut dub, where it sounded like ADV just grabbed whoever they could off the street to record lines.
